Project Team and Qualifications | 7A Proposal for 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of St. Anthony Village <br />Candace Amberg, PLA, ASLA <br />SENIOR LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT <br />Candace is a professional Landscape Architect and project manager with over 29 years of <br />experience. She utilizes a strong set of planning tools to determine actual needs and ensure <br />an equitable planning solution can be achieved. The resulting planning outcomes have <br />helped guide community improvements and have also aided in successful grant applications <br />for funding the improvements. Candace has been involved with numerous professional <br />organizations such as the NDRPA, MRPA, ASLA-MN, ACEC, GMRPT, and APA-MN. <br />Ryan Earp, MBA, MPP <br />PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT LEAD <br />Ryan is a creative and collaborative strategist with nearly twenty years of experience working <br />in the fields of stakeholder engagement and strategic communications. During this time, Ryan <br />has worked with a variety of private and public sector clients to develop impactful strategic <br />communications plans and execute stakeholder and community engagement initiatives. Ryan <br />is passionate about integrating emerging tools and technologies to meet stakeholder outreach <br />objectives for our WSB clients. <br />Chevelle Kazmierczak <br />PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT SUPPORT <br />Chevelle is an organized and detail-oriented strategist. With a background in strategic <br />communications, she is passionate about creating intentional engagement that fosters <br />participation and understanding. From being proactive, creating clear and accessible <br />communications, she knows how to connect the community to the project. Her experience in <br />connecting with key stakeholders, coordinating public meetings and pop-up events, gathering <br />feedback, and marketing provides a foundation to help clients tell their story. <br />Mattie Anders <br />SUSTAINABILITY <br />Mattie Anders is WSB’s Sustainability Program Manager with more than seven years of <br />experience in environmental consulting and a master’s degree in Science, Technology, and <br />Environmental Policy. She partners with cities, counties, Tribal Nations, state agencies, and <br />nonprofits to translate climate and sustainability goals into actionable initiatives that balance <br />environmental, social, and economic priorities. Her expertise includes climate action planning, <br />stakeholder engagement, facilitation, implementation strategy, and securing competitive <br />federal, state, and philanthropic grants totaling more than $30 million. Mattie excels at leading <br />inclusive discussions, simplifying complex topics, and developing equitable, results-oriented <br />strategies that help clients achieve meaningful, lasting change. <br />10
