Project Team and Qualifications | 6A Proposal for 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of St. Anthony Village <br />Nate Sparks <br />PROJECT MANAGER <br />Nate is a planning professional with over 20 years of experience overseeing a variety of <br />complex planning and economic development projects. Nate has worked in a variety of <br />communities, working with community residents, stakeholders, and developers in processing <br />planning applications and project development for residential, commercial, and industrial <br />land uses. Nate has been involved in Metropolitan Council Comprehensive Plan updates for <br />nearly 30 client communities in the last two cycles. Communities have benefited from his <br />extensive experience in establishing data driven and results oriented comprehensive plans <br />with clear direction and realistic implementation strategies. His intimate knowledge of how a <br />Comprehensive Plan informs zoning regulations and community outcomes ensures that plan <br />will directly meet community goals. <br />Austin Hauf, AICP <br />TRANSPORTATION PLANNING LEAD <br />Austin is a transportation planner and project manager with more than seven years of <br />experience in multimodal transportation planning, grant writing, and environmental <br />documentation. He is known for identifying and communicating transportation needs and <br />opportunities for a wide range of stakeholders. As a task lead, he is organized, responsive, and <br />focused on delivering successful outcomes. Austin has played key roles in corridor studies and <br />long-range transportation plans involving walking, biking, transit, and roadway systems. He has <br />led and supported analyses related to access, mobility, connectivity, and safety and has been <br />actively involved in both in-person and virtual public engagement efforts. <br />Roxy Roberson, MCWP <br />NATURAL RESOURCES LEAD <br />With a master’s degree in ecology and ten years experience, Roxy assists many municipal and <br />county clients address sustainability and natural resources planning within their communities. <br />She has developed sustainability and natural resources chapters of Comprehensive Plans <br />for multiple cities in Minnesota,and led a stand-alone Sustainability Plan that Environmental <br />Commissions and City Council involvement. Roxy works with counties on conservation efforts, <br />in particular, the federal monarch butterfly CCAA program for transportation planning.
