Relevant Experience | 10A Proposal for 2050 Comprehensive Plan Update for the City of St. Anthony Village <br />PROJECT EXAMPLE <br />Roseville 2040 Comprehensive Plan Update <br />CLIENT: CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />LOCATION: ROSEVILLE, MN <br />DURATION: NOV 2016 - AUG 2019 <br />Roseville is a nearly built-out, first-ring suburb located <br />adjacent to both Minneapolis and St. Paul, with a <br />2014 population of 35,319. The focus of Roseville’s <br />Comprehensive Plan is redevelopment, economic <br />development, and a wide spectrum of life-cycle <br />housing opportunities. WSB was hired to complete <br />the Land Use, Housing, Parks, Resilience, and <br />Implementation portions and to work with City staff <br />on the required infrastructure elements. In addition, <br />WSB completed an Economic Development Strategic <br />Plan, which was identified as a priority to position <br />the City for sustainable future growth. The most <br />important component involved a robust community <br />engagement plan to interact with as many people as <br />often as possible throughout the process.
