We <br />are structured around a highly collaborative approach, <br />assigning clear lead roles for each plan element while <br />ensuring strong cross-support across all disciplines. <br />This integrated model allows us to leverage individual <br />expertise, maintain consistent communication, and <br />deliver a cohesive, well-aligned plan. <br />Our integrated model is also based on the idea that <br />land use is a central topic of discussion. Gaining a <br />clear understanding of existing land use patterns and <br />future growth trends helps guide all other elements <br />of the plan.
