We
are structured around a highly collaborative approach,
assigning clear lead roles for each plan element while
ensuring strong cross-support across all disciplines.
This integrated model allows us to leverage individual
expertise, maintain consistent communication, and
deliver a cohesive, well-aligned plan.
Our integrated model is also based on the idea that
land use is a central topic of discussion. Gaining a
clear understanding of existing land use patterns and
future growth trends helps guide all other elements
of the plan. This foundation shapes how we address
housing needs, plan for parks and open space, evaluate
transportation options, support resource protection,
and plan for utilities and infrastructure.
Stephanie Falkers, AICP has a strong background of
project management experience. Her approach focuses
on collaboration, comprehensive analysis, and the
definition of implementable outcomes. Over the past
decade, our team has led and updated more than 30
Comprehensive Plans, helping communities of all sizes
shape their future.
Ally de Alcuaz
GIS Analyst
Olivia Halsne, PLA
Plan Element Support
Eve Vanagas
Public Engagement Lead
Maya Sheikh
Plan Element
Support
Craig Vaughn, PE PTOE
Multimodal Support
Stephanie Falkers, AICP
Project Manager
Samantha Matuke, AICP
Land Use Lead
TC2
Mend Collaborative
Sandy Meulners-
Comstock, PLA
Parks and Natural
Resources Lead
Lance Bernard
Plan Element
Coordination
Zakcq Lockrem, AICP
Plan Element Support
Team Support
Planners, Landscape Architects, Urban Designers,
Traffic Engineers, Civil Designers, Engagers,
Strategists, Communication Specialists, Marketing/
Graphic Designers
26
