Efforts <br />have ranged from the update of the full Comprehensive Plan to the development of specific chapters <br />(i.e., Transportation Plans). Our team guided communities through multiple rounds of Met Council <br />comprehensive planning cycles, and has prepared, amended, and implemented Comprehensive Plans <br />of varying size, growth context, and complexity. This experience provides a strong foundation that will <br />directly inform Saint Anthony Village’s process. <br />The graphic below summarizes the comprehensive planning experience of the TC2 team. In addition <br />to local comprehensive planning efforts, our team has engaged in regional planning initiatives and <br />implementation activities throughout the Twin Cities, giving us an understanding of Met Council’s <br />priorities, evolving policy direction, and the practical realities of aligning local plans with regional <br />expectations.
