City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />April 23, 2013 <br />Page 4 <br />1 • April 18th St. Anthony Chamber of Commerce annual meeting. <br />2 • April 27th Sister City International Conference in Shoreview. <br />3 <br />4 Councilmember Roth reported on his attendance at the April 15th City Council work session and <br />5 the April 18th St. Anthony Chamber of Commerce annual meeting. <br />6 <br />7 Councilmember Stille reported on his attendance at the following: <br />8 • April 15th City Council work session. <br />9 • April 17th Family Services Collaborative meeting where a presentation was received <br />10 regarding PROPS (Prepare, Realize, Overcome, Practice, and Succeed), a mentoring <br />11 program for 10th graders that prepares them with life skills. <br />12 • April 17th Silver Lake Rain Garden initiative. <br />13 • April 18th St. Anthony Chamber of Commerce annual meeting. <br />14 • April 22"d Planning Commission work session. He noted that Planner Kelsey Johnson is <br />15 in the process of going through the City Code with the Planning Commission to consider <br />16 changes to the Code for presentation at a later date to the City Council. <br />17 <br />18 Councilmember Gray reported on his attendance at the following: <br />19 • April 18'h St. Anthony Chamber of Commerce annual meeting. <br />20 • April 19'h North Suburban Communications Commission Scholarship Committee to <br />21 review scholarship applications. He stated eleven applicants were selected to share a <br />22 scholarship of $42,000 and added no applications were received from St. Anthony. <br />23 <br />24 Mayor Faust reported on his attendance at the following: <br />25 • April 15th City Council work session. <br />26 • April 18th St. Anthony Chamber of Commerce annual meeting. <br />27 <br />28 VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />iW <br />30 Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />31 are not on the regular agenda.
