Their proposal is to convert the medical complex as well as build two buildings on site. 38 He noted their intent was to construct new buildings in 2005/06. He explained they have 39 requested to be attached to the existing PUD for the Apache Plaza redevelopment as a way to 40 handle the issue of their property being unsuitable for a PUD. 41 42 City Manager Morrison noted that Quest Development has requested a 30 -day extension and 43 questioned whether Chair Stromgren should return with an update on February 8, 2005. He 44 explained the Council has the option to grant the 30 -day extension as requested, or refuse the 45 request and act on the item as it appears on the agenda. 46 19
