ItAlffivy <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on <br />May 17, 2005, regarding a lot coverage variance for the property located <br />at 3217 -31St Avenue NE; and <br />WHEREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission recommends City Council approval <br />of said variance based on the following: <br />1. Undue hardship of the property length of the driveway required to <br />access their detached garage <br />2. An extraordinary circumstance because this property has already <br />exceeded the allowable lot coverage <br />3. The lot coverage was not created by property owners, but a result of <br />the codification of City Ordinances <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />hereby apVroves the lot coverage variance for the property located at <br />3217 —315 Avenue NE, as recommended by the Planning Commission at <br />their May 17, 2005 meeting. <br />Adopted this 24th day of May, 2005. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />
