Purpose and Need for Policy <br />The purpose of this policy is to clarify how Apache Park and the City allocate these facilities. <br />1. Policy <br />first priority for using the areas of the Park Property designed for private rental is given to City <br />sponsored events. <br />Second priority for using the areas ofthe Park Property designed for private rental is given to <br />requests from other groups serving the St. Anthony area. <br />1 Procedure <br />Requests for use of rcercation areas arc received in writing by the City. first priority needs are <br />first fulfilled as appropriate. If space remains available, requests from other user groups and tile <br />general public arc met on a first come, first served basis. <br />4, Responsibility <br />The City receives and reviews the usage request and is responsible for authorizing or denying <br />usage. <br />9 <br />
