ARTICLE 2. UNION SECURITY In recognition of the ;UNION as the exclusive representative, the EMPLOYER -shall: :1. Deduct. the first payday of each month an amount sufficient to provide the payment of such: dues or fair share established by the UNION to be due and payable, and 2. Remit such deduction to the UNION at the earliest practicable date after collection. 3... :The`UNION may designate certain employees from the -bargaini.ngunit to act as Ste vva.rds and shall inform the EMPLOYER in writing of such choice. A. Annually,the EMIP�LOYER shall furnish to- the UNION a; seniority..list of the: employees showing their respective dates'of hire. There shall be one (1) master -seniority list per -classification established based on the employees original. date.of hire.
