ANTHONY <br />2 CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />3 DECEMBER 13, 2005 <br />4 <br />5 CALL TO ORDER. <br />6 Mayor Faust called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />7 <br />8 PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. <br />9 Mayor Faust invited the Council and audience to join him in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />10 <br />11 ROLL CALL, <br />12 Present: Mayor Faust, Councilmembers Gray, Horst, Stille, and Thuesen. <br />13 Absent: None. <br />14 Also Present: City Manager Mike Mornson. <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 CONSIDERATION, DISCUSSION, AND POSSIBLE ACTION ON ALL OF THE FOLLOWING <br />18 ITEMS. <br />19 <br />20 I. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 13, 2005 CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA. <br />21 Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve the City <br />22 Council Meeting Agenda of December 13, 2005. <br />23 <br />24 Motion carried unanimously. <br />25 <br />26 II. PROCLAMATIONS AND RECOGNITIONS. <br />27 A. Fire prevention week poster contest winner. <br />28 <br />29 The fire marshal reviewed fire prevention structures stating the goals are the code enforcement <br />30 program and to create a pre -incident plan. He stated the poster contest is open to all 4th and 5th <br />31 grade students and it was difficult to choose the top four winners. The winners are as follows: <br />32 <br />33 1St place: Erika Sawyer, 4th grade <br />34 2nd place: Samantha Wogenson, 5th grade <br />35 3rd place: Clair Hauge, 5th grade <br />36 4th place: Megan Christenson, 4th grade <br />37 <br />38 III. CONSENT AGENDA, <br />39 A. Consider November 22, 2005 Council meeting minutes. <br />40 B. Consider licenses and permits. <br />41 C. Consider. par Ment of claims. <br />42 D.
