Two <br />proposed culverts, sized per the existing ditch hydraulic capacity, will be constructed parallel to the trail <br />through the proposed fill embankment at the St. Anthony Boulevard ramp. <br />In addition to resolution on these comments, The City of Minneapolis is requesting a City of St. Anthony 20% local <br />match, estimated at $91,000 based on. the current Engineer's Estimate, for project costs within the City of St. <br />Anthony. The local match will be based on actual construction costs. Please let us know if you would like us to <br />attend the April 11 or April 25 Council meeting.
