Employees may voluntarily donate lonu personal time off <br />time in hour increments, which can be converted to use by employees facing serious <br />medical problems or extended time off due to serious medical problems and who have no <br />accumulatedpersonal time off time or compensatory time available. The <br />use of this donated lIQP�Ta personal time off must be approved by the Department <br />head and the City Manager and will be converted to the receiving employee's paid hourly <br />rate. This subdivision does not include temporary or seasonal positions or unionized <br />employees who have a sick pool that is already established. <br />3 00.10 Funeral Leave. In the ev of the death of any employee's spouse, c ren, parents, <br />brother or sister, or spouse's paren e employee will be granted three d of funeral leave <br />with pay.
