Section 300.19 <br />Subd. 5. Hearinjz: In any case of suspension, dismissal, or demotion, apermanent full <br />time employee shall be granted a hearing before the City Manager if the employee <br />submits a written request for such a hearing to the City Manager within five working <br />days of notification of the action taken. The hearing shall be held within ten working <br />days from the date the request is filed unless the City and the employee agree on an <br />earlier or later date. If the disciplinary action involves the removal of a veteran,, the <br />hearing shall be held in accordance with Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 6 - Fees <br />615.03 Doo, License. <br />Duplicate tag, if lost or stolen $5.00 <br />Page 6-10 <br />16 500.08 Duplicate license certificate or tag $5.00 <br />page 6-8 <br />7 1000.03 Water Connection Permit $450.00/per unit <br />10 1005.01 Sewer Connection Permit Residential $850.00/per unit <br />Commercial/ <br />Industrial <br />620.03 Collection Before Lew as a Special Assessment. All costs incurred or to be <br />incurred for special street lighting or the operation of the special street lighting., or such <br />portion thereof as the Council by resolution from time to time shall determine to charge <br />under this Section, will be charged with such frequency as the Council by resolution <br />from time to time determines,, to each owner of each separate lot or parcel of land <br />benefited by the special street lighting, in proportion to the benefits conferred upon <br />such lots or parcels. If any charge is made for a cost to be incurred and, based upon <br />subsequent actual costs., is found to be excessive., subsequent charges shall be reduced <br />by such excess, and, if deficient subsequent charges shall be increased by such <br />deficiency. Any charge not paid in full by November 15 of each year shall be levied as a <br />special assessment against the lot or parcel of land benefited by the special street <br />lighting. <br />620.04 Levy of Assessment. On or before November 15 of eachyear, the City Clerk will <br />prepare an assessment roll assessing all costs for the special street lighting reported <br />under this Section 620 against each separate lot or parcel of land benefited by the special <br />street lighting, in proportion to the benefits conferred upon such lots or parcels.
