• <br />ffff'?�EREAS, the St. Anthony Planning Commission held a public hearing on May 16,, <br />2006, regarding a request for a conditional use permit for a body tanning <br />salon at 2922 Pentagon Drive (Silver Beach Tanning Salon); <br />WHEREAS, the planning commission determined that this use would be appropriatrat <br />as a conditional use with the following conditions: <br />1) The applicant obtain the required State certifications for a tanning <br />salon and personnel; <br />2) The hours of operation are consistent with the shopping center and do <br />not extend beyond 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 <br />3) The applicant has all of the required inspections, i.e. building and fire. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, the Planning Commission recommended City <br />Council approve the conditional use permit for a tanning salon at 2922 Pentagon Drive. <br />Adopted this 23 rd dav of Mav, 2006. <br />FACouncil Meetings\2006\05232006\res06-054tanning salon.doc <br />47 <br />
