The City of St. Anthony is considering reducing the southbound approach on <br />Silver Lake Road from one through lane and a through/right-turn lane to one through lane <br />and an exclusive right -turn lane; the left -turn lane would remain unchanged. Currently Silver <br />Lake Road is a two-lane road to the south of 37th Avenue N.E. and a four -lane road to the <br />north. <br />The traffic operations analysis of this intersection considers the following: <br />Forecast volumes for 2007, 2017, and 2027, including background growth and <br />additional traffic from local development for 37th Avenue N.E., Wal-Mart <br />access, and 39th Avenue N.E. all on Silver Lake Road. <br />Operational analysis of Silver Lake Road at 37th Avenue N.E. with the <br />existing lane geometry and forecast volumes. <br />Operational analysis of Silver Lake Road at 37th Avenue N.E. with modified <br />lane geometry on the southbound approach including an exclusive left -turn <br />lane, through lane, and right -turn lane with the forecast volumes. <br />wsb6'pr0jccts'.0 I 538-02'Traffic,FIC St Iver -q, CR D10604ITMenio.doe <br />
