CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />ORDINANCE 2006-004 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 5 OF THE CITY CODE, <br />BEING THE LICENSES, PERMITS AND BUSINESS REGULATIONS <br />The City Council of the City of St. Anthony Village ordains as follows: <br />555.01. Definitions. For purposes of this Section 555, the following terms have the following <br />meanings: <br />Subd. 3. Rec cy lables: Materials which may be recycled or reused through recycling <br />processes, including metal beverage containers, glass, plastic, newsprint, and any other <br />materials designated as recyclables by Council resolution. <br />r <br />Subd. 11. Residential Container: Any container intended for the collection of waste or <br />recycling materials that has a volume of 96 gallons or less. <br />555.02 Licensing Requirements. <br />Subd. 5. In addition to the other requirements of this Section, haulers servicing <br />residences must comply with the following: <br />(a) Curbside recycling collection will be made available to all residential customers. At <br />minimum, such service must include �eek� bi-weekly collection and hauling of all <br />recyclables on collection days. Charges for service to customers who have no <br />curbside recycling collection will be no less than the charges for services, which <br />include curbside recycling collection. <br />555.03 Requirements and Restrictions. All licensees and any other haulers in the City, must <br />comply with all of the following requirements and restrictions: <br />(k).
