Anthony <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br />Joint Powers Agreement between Ramsey County and the City of Saint Anthony for Use of Yard Waste <br />Management Sites <br />PREVIOUS ACTION: <br />none <br />COUNTY MANAGER. COMMENTS: <br />The City of Saint Anthony would like to continue to provide the same convenient yard waste services <br />enjoyed by its Ramsey County resdients to those citizens that reside in Hennepin County. The joint powers <br />agreement has worked well for the past year. This partnership with the City will provide another alternative <br />to residents there to assure environmentally sound management of yard waste from City residents. The <br />County Manager recommends approval. <br />W <br />
