SECTION V AUDIENCE Public — Residents and Business Owners City Staff and City Council Developers Review Agencies STRATEGY Education, Regulation Cooperation, Education, Operation Education, Regulation Cooperation Based on the target audience and the strategy, the City has developed a number of policies. These policies are outlined below. A. COOPERATION WITH OTHER AGENCIES There are a number of other local, state, and federal agencies that have rules and regulations related to storm water management. Through the cooperation strategy, the City recognizes these other agencies' role in this endeavor and will cooperate and coordinate with these agencies as necessary. This Plan is in conformance with but does not restate all other agencies' rules that are applicable to water quality and natural resource protection.
