13 <br />STAFF REPORT <br />To: Mayor and City Council Report No.: <br />City Manager <br />From: Kith Moore -Sykes, Assistant City Manager , <br />Date: October 9, 2007 <br />Subject: 2008 SCORE Grant Application for Ramsey County <br />SCORE Grant money from Ramsey County are applied for annually and the funds are used to assist <br />the City of St. Anthony in its recycling program for the community. Each year, the State provides <br />funds to counties for distribution to cities to assist in local recycling programs and is based on <br />availability. <br />This year, Ramsey County is estimating that the City of St. Anthony is eligible to receive up to <br />$6,293 in grant funding to be applied to the City's recycling program for residents living in the <br />Ramsey County portion of the City. <br />The copy of the application is attached for your information.
