Your application was <br />received on August 21, 2007 and was scheduled to be reviewed and considered <br />at a public hearing on September 18, 2007 by the Planning Commission. This <br />item was then scheduled to be acted on by City Council on September 25 but <br />because the Planning Commission tabled your CUP request until their next <br />regular scheduled meeting, which is on Tuesday, October 1641, Council action on <br />your request is delayed until October 23rd. The 60 days for your application <br />expires on October 22, 2007. The City Council is the only body authorized to <br />take action on these requests and they will not be able to consider your CUP <br />request until their meeting on Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at 7:00 pm. This <br />meeting date is after the expiration date and is the reason for the City's extension <br />of the 60 -Day Rule for an additional 60 days, as allowed by statute. <br />A representative from Premier and Jack & Jill will be required at both the <br />Planning Commission meeting and City Council meeting in October.
