COMMUNITY FORUM <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. <br />Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS <br />Councilmember Stille mentioned the upcoming Sister City Annual Meeting on November 4, <br />2007. He reported that he and Jay Hartman would report on their trip to Salo, Finland. <br />Mayor Faust encouraged everyone to exercise their constitutional right to vote on November 6, <br />2007. <br />X. MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATIONAL DOCUMENTS <br />None. <br />XI.
