City Council Regular Meeting Minutes <br />February 12, 2008 <br />Page 3 <br />Mr. Twinem stated he would make sure this information is available. <br />4 Todd Hubmer, City Engineer, explained that a mailing with information for residents would be <br />5 sent out. <br />6 <br />7 Mayor Faust pointed out the estimated cost of the project is $8,450,000 with approximately <br />8 $500,000 provided by Hennepin County. He asked Mr. Hubmer if there was anything Council <br />9 should be aware of in the agreement. <br />10 <br />11 Mr. Hubmer replied he reviewed the agreement and recommends that Resolution 08-015 be <br />1.2 approved as written. <br />13 <br />14 Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Roth, to approve Resolution 08- <br />15 015, a Resolution Approving a Cooperative Agreement with Hennepin County for the <br />16 Construction of Silver Lake Road. <br />17 <br />18 Motion carried unanimously (4/0) <br />19 <br />20 B. City Ennincer Update, <br />21 <br />22 Mr. Todd Hubmer, City Engineer, presented an update on various engineering projects currently <br />23 underway within the City of St. Anthony. He reported on the 2007 Street Reconstruction <br />24 Project, the Automated Water Meter Replacement Program, the Silver Lake Road Project, and <br />25 the Water Reuse Project. <br />26 <br />27 Mayor requested that Mr. Hubmer include the St. Anthony Chamber of Commerce on the <br />28 distribution of information concerning projects. <br />29 <br />30 C. Resolution 08-16; Adopting a Master Partnership Contract between the City of St. <br />31 Anthony and the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br />32 <br />33 Mr. Todd Hubmer presented the information on the master partnership contract between the city <br />34 of St. Anthony and the Minnesota Department of Transportation. He reported the previous <br />35 contract expired on December 31, 2007. He explained the new contract would cover a five-year <br />36 period and would allow the City to request services under an agreement with MN/DoT as <br />37 services are needed. <br />38 <br />39 Motion by Councilmember Thuesen, seconded by Councilmember Roth, to approve Resolution <br />40 08-16, a Resolution Adopting a Master Partnership Contract between the City of St. Anthony <br />41 and the Minnesota Department of Transportation. <br />42 <br />43 Councilmember Stille commented this is being done throughout the City to set forth terms and <br />44 conditions for all City contracts. <br />45 <br />46 Motion carried unanimously (4/0) <br />3 <br />
