(fl Being sure that the fire is completely extinguished before the permit holder or <br />representative leaves the site. <br />(g) All costs incurred as a result of the burn including, but not limited to, fire <br />suppression, administrative fees, property damage and personal injury. <br />Subd. 8. Revocation of Permit. An officer of the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, the <br />Fire Chief, the Assistant Fire Chief or the Fire Marshal may revoke any burning permit for <br />appropriate reason including, but not limited to: <br />(a) A fire hazard exists or develops during the course of the burn. <br />(b) Pollution or nuisance conditions develop during the course of the burn. <br />(c) The fire smolders with no flame present. <br />(d) Any of the conditions of the permit are violated during the course of the burn. <br />Subd. 9. Burning Ban or Air -Quality Ay lert. No recreational fare, campfire or open burning will <br />be permitted when the City or the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources has officially <br />declared a burning ban or restrictions due to potential hazardous fire conditions or when the <br />Pollution Control Agency has forecast an Air Quality Index greater than 50. <br />Subd. 10. Use ofBurners Prohibited. No person shall use a burner within the City. Exception, <br />the use of "chimneys' and manufactured fare pits when used in accordance with 1325.16 Subd, 7. <br />and 1325.16 Subd. 11. <br />Subd. 11. Recreational Burning and Camp Fires. A permit is required. Recreational and camp <br />fares comply with the following requirements: <br />(a) Burning shall occur between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on Sundays, Mondays, <br />Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. <br />(b) Burning shall occur between 9:00 a.m. and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. <br />(c) Burning may occur between 9:00 a. in. and midnight when the following day is a <br />federal holiday. <br />(d) The fare shall not exceed three feet in diameter and aflame height of 3 feet from <br />the adjacent ground level. <br />(e) Only clean wood or charcoal may be burned. No burning of trash, refuse, leaves <br />or brush is allowed. <br />(0 The fire is ignited with an approved fare starter. <br />(g) The fare is constantly attended by a person knowledgeable fin the use of fare <br />extinguishing equipment and an attendant supervises the fare until the fire has <br />been totally extinguished. <br />
