(h) Fire -extinguishing equipment, such as buckets, shovels or garden loses, are <br />readily available. <br />(i) The fire is not conducted within twenty five feet of a structure or combustible <br />materials. <br />(j) Any conditions that could cause afire to spread within twenty five feet of a <br />structure shall be removed or eliminated prior to ignition. <br />(k) Outdoor barbecue pits shall be constructed of concrete or approved <br />noncombustible walls, roofs or other combustible material. <br />Subd. 12. Rules Adopted b,y Reference, Minnesota Statutes Section 88.01 through 88.22, 88.75 <br />and 88.76 are hereby adopted by reference and made a part of this section as if fully set forth <br />herein. <br />Subd. 13. Severability. If any sections, subsections, sentence, clause, or phrase of this code <br />section is for any reason held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity of the <br />remaining portions of the code section. <br />Subd. 14, Penalty_ Any person violating any provision of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor <br />and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine and/or imprisonment in accordance with law. <br />These ordinance changes shall be in full force and effect upon passage by the City <br />Council and publication of the Ordinance or a Summary thereof in the City's official <br />newspaper. <br />First Reading: <br />Second Reading: <br />Adopted: <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Publish: <br />Mayor <br />65 <br />
