33 <br />MEMORANDUM <br />DATE: May 19, 2008 <br />TO: Mayor and Councilmembers <br />FROM: Jay Hartman, Public Works Director & Mike Morrison, City Manager <br />RE: Sebesta Blomberg & Associates Proposal for City I -fall / Community Center <br />On May 7, 2008, we received a proposal from Sebesta Blomberg & Associates to provide a facility <br />assessment for City Fall / Community Center. The proposal is similar to Johnson Control's except <br />it excludes all other buildings such as Public Works, Fire and Liquor Stores. <br />The proposal from Sebesta Blomberg & Associates will evaluate City Hall Building which includes <br />the following areas with improvement recommendations: <br />Building Systems <br />HVAC Systems including: packaged rooftop units, boilers and hydronic heating system, <br />exhaust systems and controls <br />2. Electrical Systems including normal electrical and lighting <br />Building envelope including windows and roof <br />Sebesta Blomberg & Associates will provide this scope of service for a fee of $12,800. A copy of <br />a final report will be presented to the city in July. Based on past experience working with this firm <br />on other projects within the city, we are confident in their ability to provide an excellent project and <br />outcome for the City of St. Anthony.
