(Sebesta Blonnbeg) is pleased to present this proposal to provide <br />Facility Assessment Services for the St. Anthony City Hall Building, Fire Station, Public Works Facility, <br />Water Treatment Plant, Liquor Store North, Liquor Store South, Well House #4, Well house #5 and <br />Central Park Building. <br />Sebesta Blomberg is nationally recognized as a premier provider of commissioning and consulting engineering <br />services. We have included information with this proposal <br />to apprise you of who we are, what we do and why we are industry leaders. <br />Project Objective <br />The primary objective of this project is to provide a focused facility assessment of the mechanical and electrical <br />systems and building envelope of the City Hall Building, Fire Station, Public Works Facility, Water treatment <br />Plant, Liquor Store North and Liquor Store South in an effort to make recommendations related to: (1) system <br />replacement costs due to age and operating condition and (2) improving the operational efficiency and <br />effectiveness of the buildings to achieve overall energy savings for the City. <br />Scope of Work <br />Sebesta Blomberg proposes the following scope of work for the St. Anthony buildings: <br />
