Including the unit <br />number in the resolution would alleviate any concerns of expansion without another CUP. <br />Commissioner Crone indicated the CUP request is for Unit No. 535. <br />Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Roth, to approve Resolution 08- <br />046; Conditional Use Permit for Twin City Christian Assembly located at 2526 Highway 88, <br />Northgate Business Center, with the resolution amended to include Unit No. 535. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Mayor Faust expressed appreciation to the Planning Commission for their work, including the <br />recent work on City ordinances. <br />GI,NFRAL 13USINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />A. Consider Resolution 08-047Ap ointing Members to the Sin Yoe Garbae.Ilauler Task <br />Force; Mike Mornson,City Manager resenting. <br />Mr. Mornson reviewed the resolution with the Council and indicated that the proposed task force <br />would research a single garbage hauler within the City of St. Anthony. The deadline for <br />applications was June 13, 2008. City Council re-evaluated the task force deadline and extended it <br />to July 17, 2008. Seven member of the community have applied to serve on the task force. <br />Assistant City Manager Moore -Sykes will be the staff liaison and the City Council will be <br />represented by Councilmember Roth and Councilmember Stille. City Manager Mornson <br />reviewed the meeting schedule for the task force. He stated a report will be presented to the City <br />Council at the conclusion of the task force. Council has been provided with a revised resolution, <br />which includes the seventh task force member to submit an application after the original <br />resolution was drafted. <br />Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Thuesen, to approve Resolution <br />08-047; Appointing Members to the Single Garbage Hauler Task Force. <br />Councilmember Roth announced the following members of the task force: Michael Gondek; <br />Bob Heberle; Korrie Johnson; Dorothy Jones; Cynthia Moracco; Keith Pearson; and David <br />Severtson. <br />Councilmember Roth indicated his understanding is that they have received emails and phone <br />calls about this issue at City Hall. He would like to point out to the public that this is something <br />to talk about and review the options for the City, and try to make a decision. He would like the <br />public to know that no decision has been made. He really has no opinion on this one way or <br />another and would like to point out to the residents that the task force meetings are open to the <br />public. <br />3 <br />
