CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 08-056 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECU'T'ION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT <br />OF PUBLIC SAFETY, OFFICE OF'TRAPFIC SAFETY <br />WI IIiRFAS, the City of St. Anthony's Police Department entered into a grant <br />agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of <br />Traffic Safety for the project entitled Safe and Sober Communities during <br />the period of October 3, 2008 and September 14, 2009; and <br />WI-IFREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Police Department Chief is hereby authorized to <br />execute such agreements and annendnnents as are necessary to implement <br />the project on behalf of the St. Anthouy Police Department; and <br />Wl 1IiREAS, the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department is hereby authorized to be the <br />fiscal. agent and administer the grant on behalf of the St. Anthony Police <br />Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />hereby approves Resolution 08-056 Authorizing Execution of Agreement between the <br />St. Anthony Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office <br />of Traffic Safety. <br />Adopted this 911, day of September, 2008. <br />Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />City Manager <br />Z:Wouneil care :md sober gramudoc <br />11 <br />
