The Fiscal <br />Future Policy will be forwarded to the Board for approval, and then to general <br />memberships on November 20, 2008 at the regional meeting. <br />® September 16, 2008 Chamber of Commerce kick-off luncheon of Shop Local. It should <br />be remembered that businesses have a higher tax capacity than residents and help in the <br />City's taxes. The more we can support the businesses locally the more they can support <br />the City. <br />® September 23, 2008 MWMO workshop held on the Mississippi River. <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. <br />Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />IX. INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />None. <br />X.
