23 <br />RESOLUTION 09-003 <br />DEPOSITORY FOR CITY FUNDS <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby designates <br />that US Bank, N.A. of St. Anthony as a depository for the funds of the City and that said <br />bank shall also be the bank for this City with respect to any/ all other banking services <br />required or used by this City. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that this notice shall continue in force until December 31, <br />2008, or until written notice of its revision or modification has been received by said <br />bank. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said bank deposit such securities in. the amount and <br />in the manner required by law. <br />BE IT FURTI IER RESOLVED, that the Finance Director be authorized to accept such. <br />securities as collateral as required by law, and that said collateral be held at the US Bank <br />of St. Anthony for safekeeping. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk shall transmit to the US Bank, N.A. of <br />St. Anthony a copy of this resolution. <br />Adopted this 1311, day of anu- r 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />Mayor <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration _ <br />City Manager <br />Z ACouncil Meetings\2009A01132009�csdepository it city funds.doc <br />
