RESOLUTION 114 <br />A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE LEGAL NEWSPAPER FOR THE CITY OF <br />ST, ANTHONY FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR 2009, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby designates <br />Lillie Suburban Newspapers, Inc.
