The Bulletin has been serving the needs of the St. Anthony area for 32 years, and is pleased <br />to provide ongoing coverage of city government and school issues and community events. <br />Lillie Suburban Newspapers is the oldest weekly newspaper company in the St. Paul area. It was <br />founded in 1938 by the late T. R. Lillie. His grandsons, Jeffery Enright and Ted H.
