EXECU'rivE SUMMARY <br />This project has been entitled the Arbors Alley Roadway and Improvement Project. It <br />provides for the roadway and utility reconstruction of the alley located immediately south <br />of Croft Drive and west of Old Highway 8. <br />This Feasibility Report outlines the proposed reconstruction of approximately 310 feet of <br />12 -foot bituminous paved alley. Also proposed is the replacement of approximately 310 <br />feet of watermain. <br />A total estimated project cost for the roadway and watermain reconstruction is <br />approximately $84,000. This project will be 100% funded by special assessments to the <br />benefiting property owners. <br />The project reconstruction can be completed, including the bituminous pavement and all <br />restoration items, in 2009. <br />'Phis project is feasible, necessary, and cost effective from an engineering standpoint and <br />should be constructed as proposed herein. <br />Feasibility Report <br />Arbors Alley Roadway and Utility Improvement Prayed <br />City of S(.
