D. <br />Meeting Date: May 12, 2009 <br />ITEM DESCRIP'T'ION: Resolution 09-042; Approving the Memorandum of <br />Understanding with the St. Anthony - New Brighton <br />School District #282 for the 2009 School Board Elections. <br />REVIEW: For the last several years, the City has conducted all local <br />elections (i.e. City Council and School Board). These <br />elections are held in the odd numbered years. The attached <br />Memorandum of Understanding between the City of St. <br />Anthony and St. Anthony -New Brighton School District <br />#282 defines the arrangement and must be agreed upon by <br />both parties. <br />This year, the School District intends to have the City <br />conduct their elections just as we have done in the past. <br />There will be three open seats for the School Board.
