Mike Mornson, City Manager, presenting. <br />25 <br />26 City Manager Mornson provided an overview of the contract agreement for police services with <br />27 the City of Falcon Heights. <br />28 <br />29 Motion by Councilmember Roth, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to adopt Resolution 09- <br />30 061; Approving the Contract Agreement for Police Services with the City of Falcon Heights and <br />31 Authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to Execute Said Agreement. <br />32 <br />33 Motion carried unanimously. <br />34 <br />35 B. Consider Resolution 09-062; Approving the Contract Agreement for Police Services with <br />36 the City of Lauderdale and Authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to Execute Said <br />37 Agreement.
