T -Mobile is in compliance with all FCC <br />requirements. <br />Criteriion #3: With the installation of this WTF T -Mobile will be providing the <br />coverage needed which is in the interest of the public convenience and will <br />contribute to the general welfare. <br />Criterion #4: T -Mobile will comply with all conditions as set forth by the City <br />Council should this application be approved. <br />T -Mobile has worked to locate the antennas on an existing building whose <br />current height works for T -Mobile's coverage objectives. The Kenzington <br />Condominium Association as well as the Gittleman Management Company are in <br />agreement with the proposed collocation of antennas on this structure. Other <br />uses in the area are commercial in nature or have been noticed through the <br />application process without any response. There are no other towers in the area <br />that meet T -Mobile's RF design criteria. T -Mobile's proposed WTF will not cause <br />any electromagnetic interference and has not noted any applications in the <br />surrounding area which would cause interference at the proposed location. T - <br />Mobile's network supports the installation of antennas on towers or existing <br />structures. <br />Thank you very much for your consideration.
