16 <br />To: Mayor and City Council <br />From: Mike Mornson, City Manager <br />Date: 9/8/2009 <br />RE: Silver Lake Village Update <br />At the September 8, 2009 City Council meeting Len Pratt, developer for Silver Lake <br />Village will provide an update on the next phase of Silver Lake Village <br />Redevelopment. <br />The next phase proposed is cooperative housing plus rental housing. The <br />cooperative housing is projected to have 40 units.
