CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION 09-073 <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />ST. ANTHONY POLICE DEPARTMENT AND THE MINNESOTA DEPARTMENT <br />OF PUBLIC SAFETY, OFFICE OF TRAFFIC SAFETY <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony Police Department entered into a grant <br />agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office <br />of Traffic Safety for the project entitled Safe and Sober <br />Communities during the period of October 1, 2009 through <br />September 30, 2010; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony's Police Department Chief is hereby <br />authorized to execute such agreements and amendments as are <br />necessary to implement the project on behalf of the St. Anthony <br />Police Department; and <br />WHEREAS, that the Ramsey County Sheriff's Department is hereby authorized <br />to be the fiscal agent and administer the grant on behalf of the St. <br />Anthony Police Department. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony City Council <br />approves Resolution 09-073 Authorizing Execution of Agreement between the St. <br />Anthony Police Department and the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Office of <br />Traffic Safety. <br />Adopted this 8th day of September, 2009. <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />7,1(, roil Alwi,,,120091090820091111 ,f mid sobor.doc <br />15 <br />
