I am an eager candidate whose professional experience and community interests are a sound <br />match for a Commission seat. Please find enclosed my resume for your review. <br />With more than 1.8 years of professional management positions in the field of logistics, I have significant <br />strategic and project -related experience that can benefit the Planning Commission's purpose and <br />objectives. As a resident of St. Anthony, I am passionate about my community and the decisions that <br />affect my place of residence, my neighbors and our area's infrastructure. <br />My current position as Director of Operations with J&B Group of St. Michael allows me to take <br />responsibility for daily distribution logistics, operations management and most recently a $20 million <br />design -build expansion to the company's facility. <br />I am a lifetime resident. of Minnesota and moved to St. Anthony in 2004 from the Bryn Mawr <br />neighborhood of Minneapolis, where I resided for 13 years. I have grown to love St. Anthony in the <br />short time I have lived here and plan to make it my home for life. My main intention for applying for <br />this position is to give something back to the community that I live in.
