REPORTS FROM COMMISSION AND STAFF. <br />None. <br />VI. GENERAL BUSINESS OF COUNCIL. <br />A. Water Quality Improvements Update Todd Hubrner, WSB & Associates presenting_ <br />Mr. Todd Hubmer, WSB & Associates, Inc. presented the City of St. Anthony Village Water <br />Resources Update, and answered questions of the City Council. The presentation and discussion <br />focused on watershed, water quality data, wasteload allocation and proposed improvements in <br />relation to Silver Lake TMDL. <br />Mayor Faust pointed out that once there is vegetation in Silver Lake with weeds beginning to <br />grow it will change the residents' use of the lake. He questioned what the proposed <br />improvements may do to the lake as far as desirability. He commented that this may be a <br />sensitive issue for many people and stressed the importance of having as much information as <br />possible. <br />Mr. Hubmer provided information on possible future water quality improvements to Mirror <br />Lake, and indicated that a study has been commissioned by the Rice Creek Watershed District. <br />Mr. Hubmer continued the City of St. Anthony Village Water Resources Update with an <br />overview of the potential future Mississippi River Regional Stormwater Treatment System, <br />noting that the project is currently at the feasibility level. <br />B. Resolution No. 10-017• Ratifying the 2010 Agreement between the City of St Anthony <br />and International Association of Firefighters Local 3486 representing the St Anthony <br />Fire Department. <br />City Manager Morrison reviewed the proposed resolution ratifying the 2010 Agreement between <br />the City of St. Anthony and International Association of Firefighters, Local 3486. <br />Motion by Councilmember Stille, seconded by Councilmember Roth, to adopt Resolution No. <br />10-017, Ratifying the 2010 Agreement between the City of St. Anthony and International <br />Association of Firefighters, Local 3486, representing the St. Anthony Fire Department. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />VII. REPORTS FROM CITY MANAGER AND COUNCIL MEMBERS. <br />City Manager Morrison reported on the following: <br />• Fire Staff completed CPR training for St. Anthony 9d' graders. <br />• Fourth year of Cops vs. Kids basketball game with 5`r', 6d' and 7°i graders is scheduled for <br />February 2nd; 6:30 p.m. at St. Anthony Village High School. <br />2 <br />
