3. The existing ground sign located north of 39th Avenue, west side of Silver <br />Lake Road at 3900 Silver Lake Road, south of the existing Cub sign is to <br />be modified to allow for an increase in one foot to accommodate the <br />addition of tenant signs. <br />4. The applicants are proposing to amend the current Sign Plan for the <br />Silver Lake Village PUD to add ground signs to be located southeast <br />corner of the Wal-Mart site along the west side of Silver Lake Road at <br />3800 Silver Lake Road and a directional sign on the south side of 39th <br />Avenue, on the NW corner of 3810 Silver Lake Road, the Freedom Gas <br />Station site. <br />5. The Planning Commission agreed that Site Plan A-1, dated 4/29/2010, <br />will be the exhibit to be referenced as the proposed amendment to the <br />Silver Lake Village PUD Sign Plan. <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commissioners had consensus to prepare two (2) motions <br />regarding the proposed amendment to the Sign Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the first motion was made and approved by majority vote, the proposed <br />modification of existing ground signs and the addition of a ground sign <br />at 3800 Silver Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, a second motion was made and approved by unanimous vote, the <br />addition of a directional sign as proposed by the applicant. <br />BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony does hereby also <br />agree with the Planning Commissions second recommendation to <br />approve the installation of the directional ground sign in the 39th Avenue <br />right-of-way of the Ericson Tract. <br />Adopted this 25th day of May, 2010. <br />ATPEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Reviewed for administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />32 <br />
