The MWMO does not want to necessarily be into the enforcement of <br />water issues, but would sooner be an encourager. He noted that the sixth salt and sanding <br />workshop is scheduled for December 9, 2010 at St. Anthony City Hall and will be free of <br />charge. <br />October 29, 2010 City Manager Mornson and lie met with the Hennepin County Assessor <br />and County appraisers. The Assessor informed them that sales are flat, but of all the sales <br />65% are arms length transactions, which is one of the highest, if not the highest, in <br />Hennepin County. The Assessor also informed them that St. Anthony is the strongest <br />city in Hennepin County as far as maintaining values. Residents choose to live in St. <br />Anthony due to the schools, police department and fire department. <br />VIII. COMMUNITY FORUM. <br />IX. <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />29 <br />30 X. <br />31 <br />32 <br />Mayor Faust invited residents to come forward at this time and address the Council on items that <br />are not on the regular agenda. <br />Hearing none, Mayor Faust moved forward with the agenda. <br />INFORMATION AND ANNOUNCEMENTS. <br />Mayor Faust announced the following: <br />There will be a benefit for Rose Fitzgerald on Friday, November 12, 2010, 5 — 8 p.m. <br />The benefit will be hosted by the St. Anthony Kiwanis and St. Anthony Chamber of <br />Commerce. Ms. Fitzgerald is ill. She has been an ardent supporter of the community. <br />The Chamber of Commerce will be organizing Adopt a P'arnily to help make the holiday <br />season a little better for individuals in need of assistance that reside in the City of St. <br />Anthony.
