The presentation covered the following information: <br />15 • Project Location <br />16 • Sanitary Sewer Improvements <br />17 • Water Main Improvements <br />18 • Drainage Improvements <br />19 • Street Reconstruction <br />20 • 39`h Avenue Sidewalk Improvements <br />21 • Common Resident Concerns <br />22 • Project Cost/Funding Breakdown <br />23 • Funding Sources <br />24 • Assessment Calculations <br />25 • Method for Determining Front Footage <br />26 • Financing Assessments <br />27 <br />28 Mr. Hubmer answered questions of the City Council regarding the following issues in relation to <br />29 the 2011 Street & Utility Improvements: <br />30 • Previous problems with sod installation and current method of seeding in City <br />31 improvement projects <br />32 • Water main piping material <br />33 • Reconstruction in comparison to previous projects <br />34 • Cost per linear foot in comparison to previous projects <br />35 • Age of the piping being replaced <br />36 <br />37 There being no public input, Mayor Faust closed the public hearing at 7:22 p.m. <br />38 <br />39 Motion by Councilmember Gray, seconded by Councilmember Stille, to approve Resolution 1I- <br />40 022; Ordering Improvements for the 2011 Street and Utility Improvements. <br />41 <br />42 Motion carried unanimously. <br />43 <br />44 B.
