CITY OF ST. ANTHONY VILLAGE <br />RESOLUTION 11-041 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONTRACT AGREEMENT FOR POLICE <br />SERVICES WITH THE CITY OF LAUDERDALE AND AUTHORIZES THE MAYOR <br />AND CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and the City of Lauderdale desire to enter into a <br />joint powers agreement whereby the City of St. Anthony agrees to provide <br />police services for the City of Lauderdale for the period 2007 through <br />2009; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Lauderdale have negotiated the renewal of a <br />contract agreement for the period of 2010 through 2011; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony and Lauderdale have negotiated the renewal of the <br />contract agreement for 2012. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br />hereby approves the contract agreement for police services with the City <br />of Lauderdale and authorizes the Mayor and City Manager to execute said <br />agreement. <br />Adopted this 28t" day of Lum, 2011 <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />Review for Administration: <br />Mayor <br />City Manager <br />
