2. That the requested conditional use permit will not be <br />detrimental to health, safety, or general welfare of persons <br />residing or working in the vicinity or injurious to property <br />values or improvements in the area. <br />3. The requested Conditional Use Permit is considered necessary <br />or desirable at the subject location to provide a service or a <br />facility which is in the interest of public convenience and will <br />contribute to the general welfare of the neighborhood or <br />community; and <br />4. One hundred seventy-five members will be the maximum <br />occupancy for the site; and <br />5. That their parking with not negatively impact neighboring <br />properties and they will contact neighboring properties to gain <br />prior permission to use neighboring lots for overflow parking; <br />and <br />6. The Mountain of Fire Miracles Ministry of Minnesota receives <br />an occupancy permit from the Fire Department and Building <br />Inspector, as appropriate. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of St. Anthony has completed its <br />Consideration of the request for approval of a Conditional Use Permit for the Mountain of <br />Fire Miracles Ministry of Minnesota to provide a place of assembly and do hereby <br />Approve this Conditional Use Permit request from Mr. Nnaemeka C.
