CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br />RESOLUTION 12-081 <br />A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR <br />DELINQUENT PUBLIC UTILITY SERVICE ACCOUNTS TO THE 2013 <br />RAMSEY COUNTY TAX ROLLS <br />WHEREAS, utility records for the City of St. Anthony identify certain <br />delinquent charges and utility accounts as of September 30, 2012; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the owners of record of the properties served by each delinquent <br />account have been notified of the delinquency according to the <br />legal requirements of the ordinance 33.107; and <br />WHEREAS, the delinquent charges may be assessed under Minnesota Statutes, <br />Section 429.101 and 444.075 that authorize certification of such <br />delinquent charges to the County tax rolls for collection; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given to the owners of record as <br />required by law, the City has met the requirements for the <br />assessment of these delinquent public utility charges. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br />1) The special assessment of delinquent public utility accounts is hereby <br />adopted and certified as Levy No: 812012109 for the following <br />properties and amounts: <br />PID #'s ADDRESS <br />31-30-23-44-0111 <br />353137TH AVE NE <br />31-30-23-41-0144 <br />4087 FOSS ROAD <br />31-30-23-41-0147 <br />4090 FOSS ROAD <br />31-20-23-43-0037 <br />3202 39TH AVE NE <br />31-30-23-33-0190 <br />3919 ROOSEVELT ST NE <br />31-30-23-33-0003 <br />3811 STINSON BLVD NE <br />31-30-23-33-0003 <br />3809 STINSON BLVD NE <br />31-30-23-33-0003 <br />3813 STINSON BLVD NE <br />31-30-23-33-0003 <br />3805 STINSON BLVD NE <br />C11, 1010090 <br />$95.50 <br />$200.34 <br />$145.74 <br />$403.57 <br />$403.52 <br />$328.67 <br />$181.44 <br />$280.75 <br />$162.49 <br />$2,202.02 <br />19 <br />
