City Council 2013 Annual Report · Administration · St. Anthony Village, Minnesota In 2013, the City Council consisted of the following members: Mayor Jerry Faust Mayor Faust has served as Mayor since 2005. Prior to that, he served on the Planning Commission from 1992 through 1995. He then served as a Council member from 1996 through 1999 and 2002 through December 2004. His term expires on December 31, 2015. In addition to serving as Mayor he is the liaison to the following organizations: • St. Anthony Chamber of Commerce • League of Minnesota Cities • Metro Cities Associations • Mississippi Watershed Management Organization (MWMO) • Northeast Diagonal Use/Transit Policy Advisory • Regional Council of Mayors Councilmember Jan Jenson Councilmember Jenson has served on the council since 2010. Prior to serving on the council, Councilmember Jenson served on the Planning Commission from 2004 through 2009. He has also served on the Parks Commission from 1997 to 2003. His term expires on December 31, 2017. In addition to serving as a Councilmember, he also serves as a City liaison to the following Committees: • St. Anthony Community Services Advisory Board • St. Anthony Village Kiwanis • St. Anthony Orchestra • St. Anthony Historical Society Councilmember Jim Roth Councilmember Roth has served on the council since 2008. His term expires on December 31, 2015. Councilmember Roth also serves as a City liaison to the following Committees: • St. Anthony Parks Commission • St. Anthony Sister City • Alternate to Metro Cities Association Councilmember Hal Gray Councilmember Gray was appointed to the council in 2005. Prior to serving on the council, Councilmember Gray served on the Planning Commission in 2004. His term expires on December 31, 2015. Councilmember Gray also serves as a City liaison to the following Committees: • St. Anthony Lions Club • North Suburban Access Corporation • North Suburban Communication Commission • St. Anthony Sports Boosters • St. Anthony VillageFest Councilmember Randy Stille Councilmember Stille has served on the council since 2008. Prior to serving on the council, Councilmember Stille served on the Planning Commission from 1999 through 2003. His term expires on December 31, 2017. In addition to serving as a Councilmember, he also serves as a City liaison to the following organizations: • City Auditor • Family Services Collaborative • St. Anthony Planning Commission • Ramsey County League of Local Governments • Alternative to Mississippi Watershed Management Organization (MWMO)
