1 <br />To: Mayor and City Councilmembers <br />From Mark Casey, City Manager <br />Date: 3/11/2014 <br />The Spirit of St. Anthony Award is presented to a St. Anthony staff member that <br />displays and embodies the following characteristics on a day -today basis: <br />S.E.RN.I.C.E. which is an acronym for the characteristics of: <br />Supportive: Helpful, action orientated, non -bureaucratic <br />Effective: Competent, productive, skilled <br />Responsive: Dependable, accountable, customer -oriented <br />Visionary: Anticipate problems, future oriented, plan ahead <br />Innovative: Creative, inventive, knowledgeable <br />Courteous: Professional, approachable, sensitive <br />Exemplary: Ethical, honest, sound character <br />Each of these specific characteristics that the City has identified are important in <br />providing assistance to the residents and staff of our community. <br />All full time and regular year-round part-time employees with the City of St. <br />Anthony were eligible for this award. Nominations were taken through February 1st <br />and the recipient of the 2013 Spirit of Anthony Award is Phuongmai Dang, with the <br />Finance Department. <br />3301 Silva Lake Road .
