CALL TO ORDER/ROLL CALL. <br />5 The meeting was called to order at 8:17 P.M. <br />6 Il. ROLL CALL. <br />7 Commissioners Present: Chair Ranallo, Vice Chair Enrooth, Secretary Marks, and <br />8 Commissioners Wagner and Faust. <br />9 Also Present: Executive Director Michael Mornson and City Attorney William Soth. <br />10 Commissioners Absent: None. <br />11 III. APPROVAL OF DECEMBER 17, 1997 HRA AGENDA. <br />12 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner -to approve the December 17, 1997 HRA <br />13 Agenda as presented. <br />14 Motion carried unanimously. <br />15 IV. APPROVAL OF NOVEMBER 25, 1997 HRA MINUTES. <br />16 Motion by Enrooth, second by Wagner to approve the November 25, 1997 HRA <br />6 minutes as presented. <br />18 Motion carried unanimously. <br />19 V. PRESENTATION OF CLAIMS. <br />20 Motion by Wagner, second by Enrooth to approve the following claims: <br />21 A. New City Hall: <br />22 1. Tennis Courts: <br />23 A. Braun Intertec in the amount of $336.75 for services rendered <br />24 from September 6 through October 31, 1997 for compaction <br />25 testing services. <br />26 2. Soil Contamination: <br />27 A. Braun Intertec in the amount of $5,941.16 for professional <br />28 services rendered through October 31, 1997 due to soil <br />29 contamination. <br />30 B. Tax Increment Finance Administration: <br />31 1. Henneain County in the amount of $2,090.52 for TIF administrative <br />32 costs billable in 1997. <br />33 C. Payments to Developers: <br />34 1. Raymond A. Hellickson in the amount of $13,744.55 for tax increment <br />35 revenues. <br />D. Kenzie Terrace Development: <br />1. DKH Excavating Inc. in the amount of $6,000.00 for demolition of <br />38 2546 Kenzie Terrace. <br />
